Scott Schwieterman, a 2013 graduate of Jay County, holds multiple school records, including all-time leader in field goal percentage, rebounds, and blocks for both a season and career. At the collegiate level, he made an immediate impact, being named to the HCAC All-Freshman Team at Anderson University before transferring to Indiana Tech. There, he earned Second Team All-Conference honors and an Honorable Mention All-American nod. A standout player, Scott surpassed 1,000 career points, was a two-time team captain, and received the prestigious Champions of Character award.

After his playing career Scott began working with high school travel teams and providing private training to many athletes who went on to play college basketball. His deep passion for player development and love for the game continue to fuel his coaching endeavors.
